At the start of your care, our team conducts in-depth assessments to understand your mental health history, current challenges, symptoms, and goals. These evaluations inform tailored treatment plans and ongoing adjustments.
Medication Management
When clinically appropriate, our psychiatrists work collaboratively with you to identify the best medication regimen. Services include:
- Regular consultations
- Ongoing symptom monitoring
- Education about medication use and side effects
- Adjustments as needed
- Support in side effect management and safety considerations
Integrated Case Management
To support holistic recovery, our case managers coordinate care across services and systems. Through psychosocial rehabilitation and advocacy, we help you build skills and resources for long-term success in life. This may include:

- Life skills training (e.g. employment, housing, transportation support)
