When mental health struggles feel overwhelming, having access to help around the clock is essential. Aliya Mental Health has gathered a list of 24/7 resources—hotlines, crisis lines, and online support—that are always available. These services are free, confidential, and staffed by people who want to help you navigate pain, crisis, or distress.

Veterans Crisis Line: Dial 988, then press 1 – Provides caring, qualified responders with the Department of Veterans Affairs, many of whom are Veterans themselves.

StrongHearts Native Helpline: Call 1-844-7NATIVE – This a free and confidential 24/7 helpline for Native Americans struggling with issues like substance abuse and other crises.
Resources for Our Alumni
Once someone completes a treatment program with Aliya Mental Health, they become a permanent part of our community. Our alumni services continue providing peer support, check-ins, and connection so you’re not alone as you move forward. Ongoing resources help build resilience, prevent relapse of symptoms, and promote long-term wellness.
Support Groups & Meetings
Connecting with others who understand what you’re going through can be incredibly powerful. We provide help finding both virtual and in-person support groups that focus on mental health challenges. In these safe spaces, people share experiences, offer encouragement, and find comfort in knowing they’re not alone.
Tailored Community Resources
Aliya Mental Health recognizes that different people have different life stories, backgrounds, and needs. We offer resources designed for specific communities, including veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, college students, and Indigenous/Native American groups, among others. These community-friendly support networks, culturally sensitive counseling, and identity-affirming services help ensure care feels relevant, inclusive, and respectful.
Grief & Loss
Loss can hit in many forms—death, divorce, moving away, major life change—and it can be hard to find stable ground when everything feels unsettled. We provide grief counseling, support groups, and educational materials to help you process emotions, develop coping skills, and find ways to honor what’s been lost. You don’t need to rush healing; grief requires time, space, and kind support.
For Those Supporting Loved Ones
If someone you care about is experiencing mental health challenges, your role matters greatly, but it can also be hard. We offer resources to help you communicate with compassion, set healthy boundaries, and support your own well-being so you are better able to support them. Family or friend support networks, guidance materials, and virtual meetings are all part of how we help you stay grounded and strong.
Resources for Professionals
Clinicians, therapists, social workers, and mental health staff need ongoing tools, research, and support to provide the best care. Aliya Mental Health curates professional resources—continuing education, best practice guidelines, case studies, and clinical referrals—to help you stay informed, effective, and inspired in your work.
